Latin Flavor, Global Pride – McDonald’s Cultural Campaign
Latin Flavor, Global Pride is a campaign concept developed for McDonald’s to celebrate the power and beauty of Latin culture. While the Latin community has been essential to McDonald’s success, as loyal customers and hardworking employees, it still faces discrimination and underrepresentation. This campaign was created to uplift, represent, and honor that community.

To craft a culturally rich and inclusive campaign that highlights Latino contributions, combats stereotypes, and reinforces McDonald’s commitment to diversity and equity.
